Subprime Bad Credit Card Deals in Presence

Whenever you have a bad credit score or even something like bankruptcy in your credit history - you can find the suitable credit card. Since the 1990-s US credit companies issue the special cards for those, who have bad credits. They called also as subprime credit cards. Usually these cards offer low credit limit and high fees and rates (around 30% or more).

Since 2002 national economic growth began to slow down - and among its consequences I can mention the rise of all the rate's types, especially of the default ones. On the junction of 2006 and 2007 years things with such credit cards became largely worse. And still are.

The dramatic problems of U.S. debt-based economy, when tens of lending organizations were ought to cease the activity, reflect straightly on the rate levels. The situation looks like the magic circle - the more risky is the credit business (oil prices, global dollar's decline, government's behavior etc) - the more rapacious are different APRs. In order to prosper lending companies are ready to bleed their borrowers dry, pushing them to take expensive loans on their new or old credit card.

This goes together with growth of housing credit prices - because low interest rates on subprime borrowers of previous years now are strongly increasing. And this situation also reflects on those, who have good credit history and guess that they face only the best credit card deals. Some Wall Street economists predict millions of house foreclosures in the nearest years. And even if people decide to sell their houses quickly or, on contrary, to continue to pay for it - anyway the common need for money will only fly up.

And at the first variant massive house sells may largely decrease the house prices - thus making people to feel themselves as if they lost money that were put in their houses initially. And they will need money. So - especially with the second variant - it can only mean that the total amount of loaned sums will be inevitably higher in the course of time.

This summer in the Senate's spheres there were some ideas - mostly from the Democratic senators - of strengthening the role of the state in these affairs - the suggestion was to help funding those borrowers who are in danger of losing their houses at all. Their opponents were saying that the presence of serious state warranties in such case can only enforce the extension of the risky contracts, notably of new credit card deals.

In August of 2007 the problem splashed out of national economy, causing the global markets to decrease the Dow Jones and some other leading U.S. indexes. At that time it took two days to fully recover the positions...

Now let's take a breath and think more about the holding of bad credit cards. They say that in this year credit card companies predict percents and percents of uncollectable payments - the tendency which can only be worse now. The only way for card issuers to work in given conditions will be in the further limit declension together with APR hardening. In other words, banks will charge more on accounts to cover bad debts. So - do not forget to compare credit cards before apply.

It's good that there is a special offer for those with bad credit history. They also have an opportunity to take advantage of credit card deals.

When selecting a new card, you may narrow down your search to two plastic money offers. At first glance, they're both worthwhile. The only difference between them is that one has a variable APR and the other one comes with a fixed APR. The question is, which one is better?
