I applied for a credit card and they said I was approved but I did not recieve it in the mail yet. Could you pleas tell me how much longer it is going to take or where I could get my card number so that I can use it?

hi, my vantagescore is 605. i have no credit cards. should i try to rebuild with First Permier Bank, or another credit card provider with high intrest? i have checked all three scores as well trans 579, experian 518 and equifax 582. please help with suggestions. i am currently disputing so that i can bring up my scores. thank you, tilisa
