Hello;
I would like to know why Discover gave me a credit card with a military box FPO number and Visa won't?one will and the other won't? strange? two tier system?
Cannot say exactly why Visa doesnt' do this. It is a matter of their policy perhaps. You should better talk to someone from this credit card company.

Is there a credit card I can get to transfer a balance (from one of my current credit cards)? My credit is not very good.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but credit cards for balance transfers require good credit history. So you'll have to pay off your current balance as it is. If you will be accurate in your payments, you'll be able to improve your score so that it will be good and cards like this will be available for you.

what if i dont have a bank account
Having a bank account adds to your credit history, on the one hand. On the other hand, if you have no/bad credit, you won't be able to apply for a secured credit card. ANd the third thing is that bank accounts have their advantages and are a good money management tool.

Hi, I would like to apply for a credit card but am unsure if you can help me as I live in Ireland. Is your service for USA only? I have a poor credit rating but managed to get an MBNA visa card recently with a credit limit of 8,000 euro. However, I would like to have one more credit card if possible. If you want to establish credit history, you are welcome to compare and apply online for one of no credit card offers. You should, of course, keep applying, as it damages your credit if you are denied. Moreover, there are guaranteed approval credit cards for bad credit.

I have an open account that has never been used. I threw my card away and recent billing invoices, thinking that I wouldn't need to use this account. Now, with Christmas coming I find that I need it. Can you help with my info, and send another card?
