Hello;
I would like to know why Discover gave me a credit card with a military box FPO number and Visa won't?one will and the other won't? strange? two tier system?
Cannot say exactly why Visa doesnt' do this. It is a matter of their policy perhaps. You should better talk to someone from this credit card company.

Is there a credit card I can get to transfer a balance (from one of my current credit cards)? My credit is not very good.

what if i dont have a bank account
Having a bank account adds to your credit history, on the one hand. On the other hand, if you have no/bad credit, you won't be able to apply for a secured credit card. ANd the third thing is that bank accounts have their advantages and are a good money management tool.

Hi, I would like to apply for a credit card but am unsure if you can help me as I live in Ireland. Is your service for USA only? I have a poor credit rating but managed to get an MBNA visa card recently with a credit limit of 8,000 euro. However, I would like to have one more credit card if possible.
