can i start a credit history using my father's AmEx?

Answer:

Unfortunately, no.
American Express credit card can influence only your father's credit history even though you can use it for your needs.
If you are a college or high school student, start your credit history with a secured credit card.

Answer:

No doubt, an ideal choice for you will be a gasoline card, that can give you rewards (or points) and that will surely improve your score. So look through our Gasoline Cards category and choose the card that fits you best to apply for it online at our site.

I am trying to find the best company to go with for a credit card since my bankruptcy has been discharged. Can you make a suggestion?

Answer:

As far as you explained it, you have a bad credit history and you need a bad credit card. Each company has a range of bad credit cards to offer, but a special attention to such kind of customers is paid by Orchard bank and First PREMIER bank. Search for your card in the corresponding sections of our site.

Which credit card is best for a single purchase of $10,000, and how do I get approved?

Answer:

We can't answer your question, as you didn't mention your credit score. Credit history is the basic factor in choosing and applyiong for credit cards. So get yout credit report first, and then it'll be easier to choose the card.

I have a past due debt of Child Support of $45,000 and maybe some other debt out there I hae no credit card or Checking acct.. I spent over ten years overseas ib Asia wher I made no purcases , no loans or opened any accounts. I lived simply on wat I earned over there so I believe any debts I had while over there are wiped out .. that is all except my Child support .. I returnd to the United States in 2002 and hav worked at minimum wage jobs and worked my way up to $8-$9/hour .. it is not enough to live on and I now have a Garnishment to deal with. I need a loan to get my present wife from the Philippines bak here and to establish a home for us. I hav been renting and I am reluctant to use any credit till she gets here. How can i get out from under this debt and get enough to borrow for to get my wife here. PS recently I hav started a new profession as a Real estate agent and I find I will probably need to borow to get that started also I am 50 years old and I believe my credit is bad.

Answer:

We are not sure that you will be given a credit until you don't pay off your Child Support debt. So maybe first you'll have to apply for a bad credit card to pay this debt off, and only after that you'll be able to get a more significant credit card.

i have one credit card from first premier and one from orchard bank. i want to get one card to transfer those balances too. who offers a card like that for bad credit.

Answer:

Please see our Bad Credit Card Deals section since there you can find the most attractive credit card deals for bad credit, including those offering balance transfers with intro 0% APR. For instance, try applying for Orchard Bank Secured MasterCard. In this section you can as well choose a bad credit card without intro 0 APR but with low fixed ongoing APR.

How can I get america express card without A1 credit and what do I need to do improve my credit score

Answer:

AmEx credit cards are usually for good credit history. To build one you should always apply for proper credit cards and pay the balances off in full and on time. Never deny paid off cards and be patient, thus you will achieve your goal.

Where can i ger a low interest credit card with a 661 becon score and a chater7 on my credit, which was discharged two years ago.

Answer:

Actually, your credit history to the moment is bad, while low rates are available to people with a good to excellent credit history. Your previous bankruptcy is a kind of barrier in getting a credit card. Creditors are very unlikable to lend money to customers who seem to bring them certain risks.
By all means, you can apply for a bad credit card and get an approval, but it is necessary to be cautious since Chapter 7 remains in your report for up to 7 years. Probably, a secured credit card will be a good way out.
You will find it among our Bad Credit Card Deals.
